Rarely ever a very long wait. I live 20 minutes away, so I join the lineup before we leave the house and he is usually up to bat by the time we get there!
Bao was very friendly and understood, as well as performed, what my son and I wanted our haircuts to end up as. He paid attention to detail and showed us what products are needed.
They were all super friendly and so professional! The boys hair looks great! Had us in and out so quick too.
